UPLANDS RETAIL (ASDA Stores)

For the past 4 years M J Patch have been working for Uplands Retail on various ASDA Stores across the country on a “Roof access & Edge protection scheme” to meet the working at height regulation 2005, which requires a safe working environment at all times.  The works include the installation of new staircases, inclined ladder systems, stepovers, platforms, free standing roof edge protection and demarcation systems that allow the roof areas to be zoned into specific working areas.

The projects require our management team to meet a running programme that includes comprehensive site surveys, in house draughting, manufacture and preplanning of sensitive crane locations with subsequent deliveries of materials to site, to ensure that the projects are completed to our client’s deadlines, requirements and high standards.
